Information you provide
The website may process account details, contact and delivery information, order history, ring selections, custom-design briefs, project approvals and payment status. Information collected depends on the features you use. Please do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to your order in design briefs.
Website activity and browser storage
The current storefront records first-party activity such as page and product views, time spent, shopping-bag events and checkout activity. Browser-generated identifiers, landing pages, referral sources and campaign parameters help connect activity within a visit. Account sessions, shopping-bag data and some saved addresses also use browser storage. See the Cookie Policy for details and current limitations.
Why information is used
Information supports sign-in, order handling, design communication, payment reconciliation, customer support and understanding storefront use. The optional shopping-bag reminder asks for an email address and permission to send a reminder; it is separate from general marketing signup.
Service providers
The current website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and stored records, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Payment-card entry is handled by the payment provider’s checkout. Shipping and gemstone-provider connections are planned; their data flows and providers must be documented before activation. Information may be processed outside your state, province or country depending on provider infrastructure.
Access and requests
You can review the information available in My Account. For corrections, deletion or other privacy requests, use your established AIRBALLOOON correspondence while the public privacy contact is being finalized. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held by AIRBALLOOON or its providers. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes; the retention schedule and request process require confirmation before launch.
Security and launch review
No website can guarantee absolute security. Do not share passwords or payment-card details in project messages. Before live sales, AIRBALLOOON must confirm its privacy contact, retention periods, provider arrangements, applicable US and Canadian requirements, and the process for exercising privacy rights. This draft is not a claim that the launch privacy review is complete.
