Product information and previews
Review the product description, materials, measurements and confirmed price before ordering. Screen colours and interactive 3D previews are illustrative; they are not manufacturing drawings or a guarantee of a particular gemstone’s appearance. Any certificate or stone specification must relate to the actual stone supplied.
Orders and payments
Check your selection, delivery details, applicable tax, shipping charges and final total before paying. An order submission or payment receipt is not, by itself, confirmation that a product is available or a custom design is approved. Availability, order acceptance and agreed project details must be confirmed by AIRBALLOOON. No additional charge or design change is authorized merely by browsing this website.
Payment details are handled through the payment provider’s checkout. A payment or refund status should be checked in your account and against the provider’s confirmation. If a payment appears incorrect, contact the team through your established order or project correspondence before trying again.
Custom creations
Overture ring configuration and Oeuvra bespoke commissions are different services. Read our Customization Guide. Oeuvra’s staged payments, approvals and cancellation conditions are explained in the separate Payment, Design & Refund Terms; these conditions are presented for approval before the relevant project payment.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
See our Shipping & Returns information and the specific written terms attached to your order. Estimated dates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Custom-order cancellation rules must be communicated before payment. Nothing in these drafts removes remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Your account and website use
Provide accurate account and order information, keep sign-in details private and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the website, interfere with other users’ accounts or submit material you are not entitled to share. Sending a design reference does not transfer another person’s intellectual-property rights.
Privacy and changes
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about personal data and browser storage. Updated terms will carry an updated date; changing this page does not automatically change an already agreed project or authorize new payments.
Before launch
The business must confirm its legal entity name, business and customer-service contact details, order-acceptance process and final policies. Governing-law and dispute provisions require legal review; none are assumed in this draft.
