Shipping
Where we plan to ship
AIRBALLOOON’s initial delivery area will be Canada and the United States. Availability may depend on the piece and delivery address.
Timing and production
The estimated production and delivery window will be shown before payment. Ready-to-ship Ozone jewelry and made-to-order Overture or Oeuvra pieces will have different lead times. An order containing multiple pieces may ship together when the final piece is ready.
Secure delivery
Jewelry will be sent with tracking and transit insurance through an approved carrier. Higher-value orders may require an adult signature. Please provide a secure address where someone can receive the package.
Costs, taxes and delays
Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be disclosed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order is ready to dispatch and may change because of weather, holidays, address verification or carrier delays.
Returns
Eligible standard jewelry
Qualifying standard Ozone pieces may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered, with their original packaging, tags, certificates and documents.
Pieces that cannot be returned
Final-sale items and jewelry that is engraved, personalized, resized or otherwise altered are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Overture configurations, specially sourced stones and Oeuvra bespoke commissions are also final once production is approved.
Problems with an order
The exclusions above do not apply when a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, or where applicable consumer law provides another remedy. Keep the packaging and contact the atelier promptly so the order can be reviewed.
Return review and refunds
Eligible returns must be authorized before shipment and sent using the provided instructions. After the piece is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank posting times may vary.
